Recipe: Choco Banana Lassi

We all have been enjoying our favourite lassi since childhood. Here is a twist to the traditional lassi to make it healthier and tastier. It largely uses fruit sugar to replace artificial sugar, and includes ingredients like nuts and seeds to enhance diet diversity. The added dash of chocolate will make this your child's favourite drink!
1 banana cut into pieces
1 cup thick yogurt or dahi
2 tsp honey
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 ice cubes
4-5 crushed walnuts
4-5 crushed cashew
Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Take a mixer jar. Add yoghurt/dahi, banana pieces, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.
Blend everything together to a smooth drink.
Take a glass and decorate it with chocolate syrup on the sides.
Pour your lassi into the glass.
Top it up with grated chocolate and crushed walnuts and cashews.
Your Choco Banana Lassi is ready!
